The Waubs Original, 43%, Batch 13. This is the go-to whisky on your whisky shelf. Approachable and easy drinking yet complex & full of character. Big toffee sweetness and deep raisin finish, cut through by a subtle salty character, bringing beautiful balance to this maritime single malt whisky. Batch 13 is even more elegant, with more toffee than caramel notes. Matured in predominantly ex-Bourbon American Oak casks, married with a touch of ex-Tawny Port cask matured whisky. Bottled at 43% ABV. Only 699 bottles in the entire release.
