2025 Chillable Red

THE VINEYARD Inspired by old-school California field blends, we created the Chillable Red to combine some of our favorite carbonic lots, all of which came from single vineyard sites in Lodi this year. IN THE CELLAR The 2025 vintage is comprised of about 50% Counoise, 30% Grenache, and 20% Mencia. Whole clusters are placed in open-top tanks which are sealed to initiate carbonic maceration. After about 15 days, fruit is foot-tread and pressed, and fermentation finishes in neutral Burgundy barrels. Each wine is vinified separately, allowing us to select wines and barrels to create the final cuvée. TASTING NOTES Summertime vibes bursting with fresh fruits, this is a perfect poolside punch when chilled. Fresh cherries, pomegranate and rhubarb, with a layer of toasty aromas.
