Plaid Pony II | Original Painting | Caya Crum

Original painting by Caya Crum — one of one. Acrylic paint on canvas · 20 x 20 inches · Fall 2026. This is the painting itself, hand-signed, not a print.A chestnut horse in a pink bridle, in profile against a plaid of rodeo red, pink and mustard on a turquoise ground. A sister to Plaid Pony, the white horse that went home from Christmas in Cowtown; this is the one with the ears forward. The bright red, pink and blue of the rodeo and of spring run through this one and Caya's Bluebonnet Quilt Square original alike. Hang the two together, and put Betsy's Texas Texas Texas print between them — its stacked reds pick up the plaid and the stripes, and the wall says where it is.Buying an originalOriginals are picked up at the studio in Fort Worth, Texas; nothing is charged for shipping at checkout, and we contact you within 24 hours to set up your pickup.
