The stock Talaria rear brake is a bicycle-style setup on a bike that weighs and pulls like a small dirt bike. This kit swaps it for the rear brake used on the Surron Ultra Bee: a moto caliper, a 240mm rotor and a steel braided line on a CNC-machined bracket. It ships pre-bled, so you can bolt it on and ride without a bleed kit. It does not fit the Talaria MX5, which uses a different bracket and mount. Installation Overview Remove the rear wheel, stock caliper, rotor, brake line and rear brake lever. Mount the 240mm rotor to the hub and torque the bolts evenly in a star pattern. Install the CNC bracket with the included spacer, then mount the pre-bled caliper to it. Route the brake line so it isn't pinched or stretched at full suspension travel. Mount the master cylinder and lever on the handlebar where the stock rear lever was. Refit the wheel, center the caliper so the rotor doesn't rub, and bed in the pads with a few slow, controlled stops before riding hard. FAQ Does it fit the Talaria MX5?
