Ceremini - Customized Wedding Ceremony

This package is for couples looking for a meaningful ceremony experience at an intimate smaller venue. It is inclusive of an initial consultation, a personal form / meeting, a walk through the week of the ceremony, personalized ceremony, the ceremony, legal paperwork & filing the paperwork with the ministry. Depending upon your location, travel time & parking fees may apply. Initial Consultation We will have a phone meeting to make sure this package fits your vision and then you'll be sent the official wedding contract. Once the wedding contract is completed and your payment is received your date is secured. You may settle the invoice with an etransfer or credit card. Personalizing Your Ceremini You will also be sent an online form to complete with all the information to create a ceremony that is personalized & heartfelt. We will hold a virtual / telephone meeting about a month before your wedding. Walk-through The week of the wedding we will touch base by video or phone call to ensure all parties are clear of how the experience will flow. Ceremony On the day of the wedding we will meet promptly at the scheduled time at our predetermined location. This is a 30 min appointment. Officiant arrival time is 15 min prior to the ceremony start time. Paperwork Following the Ceremony, we will complete the necessary paperwork with your witnesses and I will submit your completed license to the Marriage Office within 48 hours. You will be personally guided as to how you can apply for your Marriage Certificate online anytime after the wedding and will receive it within a few months. Should you need the Marriage Certificate expedited Francesca can efficiently guide you through the entire process. Please ensure you bring the Marriage License in the Government Envelope.
