Limited Appointments There are only 24 one-to-one slots with me, so each one really matters. If you're not sure you can make it, please come to a drop-in instead. There will be one Thursday evening and one Sunday, times and details will be announced closer to the event. Before Your Appointment I will be in touch to ask some questions about glasses history, current preferences and choice of refreshments. If your eye test is due, or you think your eyes have changed, please have it done before the event and bring the prescription with you. I order lenses as soon as you’ve chosen, so I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to supply them if your test is still to come. £50 Booking Fee It comes off any purchase on the day. Cancellations Cancel before 1st February 2027 and you will receive a full refund. After that, the booking fee is non-refundable. Once the diary is full, appointments cannot be moved. I'll check in with you in January to confirm your place. If I don't hear back, your slot goes to the waitlist and the fee is not refunded.
