Mozzarella Cheese Platter & Pizza Plate 30cm (12") Flat Rimmed

Size 30cm (12 inches) in diameter, made from hard wearing, dishwasher proof porcelain. Artist comment: My interest in cheese first started when I worked with the top British Michelin Star Chefs creating the Starchefs' Cookbook. Their restaurants often had fantastic cheese boards, with all different shapes and types of cheese. Ever since this experience, together with having a stall at Borough Market in London since 1998 surrounded by cheese makers and sellers, my interest and passion has continued to inspire unique cheese plate designs. Mozzarella has become a favourite cheese of mine, especially since having a stall alongside the Parma Ham and Mozzarella Cheese stand at Borough Market for many years in the Green Market. I have created this limited run of Cheese Platters / Pizza Plates celebrating Mozzarella as one of the main ingredients in pizza making.
