14-Day Whitening Guarantee

Visibly whiter in 14 days — or we refund your kit. Add the 14-Day Whitening Guarantee to your Peroxide-Free Teeth Whitening Kit order. Use the kit as directed for 14 days. If your teeth are not visibly whiter on the shade card, we refund the full price of your kit. You keep everything. How it works Day 1 — take a photo of your teeth against the shade card in your kit, in daylight. Days 1–14 — use the kit as directed. Day 14 — take the same photo, same shade card, same light. No visible change? Email contact@feelfreshly.com with both photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery. Your kit price is refunded within 5 working days. Why we can offer this The whitening gel uses PAP+, a peroxide-free active that lifts stains without the pain and sensitivity that peroxide causes. Our customers see the difference on the shade card — so we are comfortable putting a refund behind it. The fine print Applies to the Teeth Whitening Kit purchased in the same order as this guarantee. One claim per order. Both photos must be taken with the shade card, in the same lighting, so the comparison is fair. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. The refund covers the kit price; the guarantee fee is non-refundable. Crowns, veneers, fillings and stains from medication or fluorosis do not respond to any whitening product and are not covered.
