Maneki-neko! Who doesn't love a lucky cat, to bring us prosperity, wealth and good fortune. (Well I could definitely use some of that!!) These super cute kitties are so charming I just couldn't resist! There are various cats and flowers sprinkled over the cloth, on a black background, with a lovely warm colour palette of yellows, oranges and reds. The cats are approximately 5cm tall. This fabric is a heavier-weight cotton. It has a fair amount of structure to it, so it would ideal for projects that would benefit from a stiffer fabric. It is ideal for dressmaking - garments like skirts, dresses, trousers would be perfect. It would even suit homewares or bag-making.
