Moving On

This painting closes a chapter. It shares visual roots with others in the series—similar gesture, similar palette—but it moves away from the figurative. There’s no house, no road, no trees. Just gesture, shape, motion. It’s a painting about release: letting go of definitions, stories, and perhaps even expectations. It feels lighter to me.
