Handcrafted Calfskin and Cowhide Valet Tray Domus Domus was created to celebrate that moment at the end of the day when you cross the threshold of your home, leave the outside world behind and return to the comfort of your own space. “Domus”, the Latin word for “home”, reflects a simple everyday ritual: emptying your pockets, setting down your belongings and letting the day come to a close. More than a functional accessory, Domus is a considered piece of interior design. Crafted in our workshop in the Marche region, it expresses the essence of Alberto Fasciani's artisanal expertise through a clean, timeless design, created to hold the personal objects you carry with you every day. The calfskin version is carefully selected, handcrafted and treated with natural oils, allowing the leather to develop a rich, nuanced patina over time. Genuine leather has a character of its own: it softens, evolves and gradually bears the marks of time and use. The cowhide version is polished entirely by hand using the specialised waxes that distinguish Alberto Fasciani's leather creations. The result is a lustrous, substantial finish that retains its essential character and is made to last. Domus features four corners secured with metal snap buttons, each embossed with our logo. At its centre, a raised, heat-stamped brand mark celebrates its authentic Made in Italy craftsmanship. Designed with versatility in mind, the snap buttons can also be undone, allowing Domus to lie completely flat.
