Porsche 964 ITB Conversion Kit — Inspired by the legendary RSR Transform your Porsche 964's engine with this ready-to-fit ITB (Individual Throttle Body) conversion kit and bring the performance and throttle feel of an RSR to your road or track car. Designed for maximum compatibility and performance, this kit offers the choice of classic air horns or a plenum intake system based on the Porsche 996 design. Included in the kit: 6x CNC machined billet ITB's Hard anodized with stainless steel lever assembly ∅48mm throttle body / ∅41.5mm intake port diameter 2x Fuel rails Including all mounting materials 1x Throttle lever (actuator) With two rods for smooth operation 1x Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Including mounting material 6x Plenum Style Intake Manifolds Black anodized, with adapters and rubber cuffs 1x Central plenum Plenum intake manifold based on 996 design All necessary stainless steel gaskets, fittings and fasteners Built for performance and durability: All aluminum components are CNC machined from 6082 grade billet aluminum and anodized or hard anodized for optimum wear resistance. Fuel rails are machined from 6060 aluminum extrusion and feature AN6 ORB fittings for reliable fuel delivery. The throttle control and all mounting hardware are made of stainless steel. The mechanism uses a ball joint design for smooth movement, and the actuator contains a bearing for long life. This kit is compatible with the original throttle cable — simply trim the rigid end and install a cable nipple to connect the cable to the actuator. Adjustable levers allow the ITBs to be fine-tuned and perfectly synchronised, for maximum control over throttle response. Remark: KMS injectors, fuel lines, standalone ECU and wiring harness are not included , but fully compatible with this system.
