Strawberry · Passion Fruit · Honey This natural-process decaf comes from El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia, where Red and Yellow Caturra are fermented and dried before being gently decaffeinated using the EA sugarcane process. The cup is sweet and expressive, with ripe strawberry, juicy citrus and a soft honey finish. A little cacao underneath adds body, but the fruit stays firmly in front. Roasted as an omni, it works beautifully across espresso and filter. Expect syrupy red fruit and citrus as espresso, softer strawberry sweetness with milk, and a brighter tropical edge when brewed as filter. Basically: decaf without the sad decaf energy.
