This sapphire is a rich lilac — a medium violet-purple with a cool blue lean. Thanks to sapphire’s dichroism, the shade shifts with the light and viewing angle, ranging from a deeper blue-violet to a softer pinkish-purple depending on the axis. TGT (Temperature Gradient Technique) sapphire is lab grown using a precise method to pull a single crystal from a molten alumina melt, making it a top choice for gem cutting. Its high purity and uniform crystal structure yield exceptional clarity and brilliance, resembling natural sapphire.
