Dry Primer 21FREE+

The clean start so many of you have missed. Dry Primer is based on our original Prep&Prime formula and is the last step of your prep before the base coat goes on. The thin, clear liquid cleans the nail plate, removes oil and moisture and briefly dehydrates the nail. It then dries completely without leaving a sticky layer. What remains is a clean, dry, matte surface for your base coat to adhere to. The nerdy explanation: A gel adheres best to a surface that is completely clean, dry and free of oil. Dry Primer is made of three fast-evaporating liquids: Ethyl Acetate, Isobutyl Acetate and Isopropyl Alcohol. They dissolve the oil on the nail plate and take the last of the moisture with them as they evaporate. There is no polymer in the formula, so no layer is left behind on the nail. That is the difference from Sticky Primer, which leaves a thin, tacky film for the gel to grip.
