Chocolate bars
These are my personal favorite chocolate bars. De Olier chocolates are produced by my friend David De Olier in Salento, Quindio, Colombia with cacao from local farmers. This year I picked out two of his bars. One is a milk chocolate bar with passion fruit (maracuya), which was super popular last year at this time. The other one is a dark chocolate bar with sea salt, which is one of the most popular bars David sells in Salento. The other bar is from a company called Beyond Good, which works directly with cacao farmers in Madagascar. Madagascar chocolate is my absolute favorite because it has a fruity character to it, much like naturals do in coffee. The two bars I chose from them are their standard 70% dark chocolate bar, and a microlot that is 72% dark chocolate with sea salt and cacao nibs. Both super tasty. I suggest getting all four.
