Master Distiller Donnis Todd hand-selected barrels aged at least eight years in the Texas Hill Country. Bottled at 141 proof (70.5% ABV), this limited release delivers the rich sweetness and bold oak character Cowboy Bourbon is known for.Tasting notes: Toasted marshmallow, brown sugar, dark dried fruit, cinnamon, molasses and leather on the nose. A full, coating palate brings toasted caramel, baking spice, vanilla, plum and dark chocolate.
