An Australian classic, medium bodied, balanced with power and elegance for a long future. Fruit was sourced from five vineyards across the Barossa Valley and the famous terra rossa strip in Coonawarra. Lifted Cabernet notes of dried herbs, bay leaf, and floral violets combined with dark dense red fruits. A dense and darkly fruited silky smooth texture of fine tannin complimented with generous opulent dark dense red fruits of blackberry, raspberry and plum, enhanced with subtle refined oak. Pairs well with rare beef with roasted vegetables or flavoursome game dishes.
