The tub’s black fiberglass lining is contoured for comfort, supporting your body through every plunge. Finished with a thick ThermoSpruce exterior in your choice of color, this tub is built for consistent, all-season use and works with a standard electrical outlet. Note: For outdoor use, you must keep your Plunge Tub shaded from the elements with a small tent or awning. The tub arrives on a wooden pallet encased in wood for solid protection. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the item to ground level. ATTENTION: Shipping and delivery times may increase based on seasons and holidays. Cancellations & Returns Cancellations We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days or before the order has shipped - whichever deadline arrives first. If an order is canceled after, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped. Returns This product is eligible for a return if: You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date. The product is unused and in its original packaging. Installation has not been attempted. If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
