It is designed to keep the skin clean and comfortable, refine surface texture and support the skin barrier day to day. The kit contains: Exfoliating Cleanser — 60ml Exfoliating Polish — 16.2g Complexion Renewal Pads — 30 pads Daily Power Defense — 30ml Who it suits A sensible starting point for anyone new to ZO Skin Health, and a straightforward maintenance routine for those already using medical-grade skincare. It suits most skin types where the aim is general skin health rather than one targeted concern. If your skin is reactive, or you are treating pigmentation, acne or rosacea, speak to the clinic first so we can advise on how best to introduce it. How to use Morning: Exfoliating Cleanser, then Complexion Renewal Pads, then Daily Power Defense. Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF (sold separately; we usually recommend ZO Daily Sheer SPF 50). Evening: Exfoliating Cleanser, then Exfoliating Polish two to three times per week, then Complexion Renewal Pads, then Daily Power Defense. Introduce the exfoliating steps gradually and reduce the frequency if the skin feels tight or sensitised. Avoid the eye area. For external use only.
