Varuna Mudra

Finding balance. Named for Varuna, a Vedic deity associated with water, this mudra is traditionally connected with the element of water and the qualities of balance and fluidity. Like water, life is always changing. Sometimes, finding our balance means learning to move with those changes rather than resist them. A small reminder to remain flexible, find our footing, and allow room for change.
