It arrives with a soft darkened patina rather than a bright mirror shine, and it keeps deepening with handling and time. No two pieces age identically — that is rather the point of it.To hold it as it arrives, wipe with a dry cloth. To let it darken, leave it be. Avoid chemical cleaners and abrasives, which strip the patina back to raw brass.Made ofSolid brass throughout — not plated, not hollow. Cast and hand-finished.
