Quick Booty Build

Ladies, I've HEARD your requests. So here it is: A program designed to build your glutes that doesn't require an hour in the gym 🍑💪 Most glute-building programs require lots of equipment, over-complicated workouts, and more time than we have to give. So I utilized the knowledge, experience, and passion that I have for building glutes to create a program that doesn't involve any of the above. Instead, it requires minimal equipment, intentionally written workouts, and just 30 minutes (or less!). Quick Booty Build is a 24-workout program designed for the woman who has tried everything but isn't seeing progress, the one who has worked to build her glutes and now needs glute maintenance, or the one who loves training glutes but only has 30 minutes. (Program is not recommended during pregnancy or postpartum). Equipment needed: A set of dumbbells (I recommend 10-15's) At least one heavy dumbbell (anything 35+ pounds) Short bands (can also purchase bands as a bundle!) Long bands An incline (workout bench, cooler, ottoman...) Schedule: If you're in a building phase, you'll do 3 workouts a week. If you're in a maintenance phase, you'll do 2 workouts a week.
