Berta MDF 800 is an unfinished 3/4" medium-density fiberboard panel supplied in full 4x8 sheets for cabinet makers, furniture builders, millwork shops, and CNC applications. Both faces are raw and unfinished, providing a smooth, grain-free surface for custom-painted projects and machined components. Unlike plywood, MDF is manufactured from wood fibers bonded under heat and pressure rather than natural wood veneers. The uniform surface makes MDF 800 well suited for painted cabinet doors, drawer fronts, furniture components, decorative panels, built-ins, and CNC-routed details where a consistent substrate is required. MDF 800 is not pre-primed and does not have an acrylic, melamine, or other factory-applied decorative surface.
