Evermend Epoxy Wood Repair - 1 Hour Cure Cartridge 400ml

The Basics Evermend 1 Hour Cure is a fast-setting two-part epoxy for repairing rotten, split or damaged timber when you need the job done in a day. The twin cartridge dispenses both parts in the right amounts through a standard extrusion gun, so there's no measuring - just mix and apply. It bonds into the timber rather than just sitting on top, so the repair is strong as well as smooth. Once cured it won't shrink, crack or take on moisture, and it can be sanded, drilled, nailed, screwed and painted in about an hour. The non-sag formula holds on vertical and overhead surfaces too. Features Sand and paint in about 1 hour Non-sag - suits vertical and overhead repairs Won't shrink, crack or absorb moisture once cured Can be sanded, drilled, nailed, screwed and painted Also works as a timber adhesive for splicing and glue-ups Made in the UK Specifications Size: 400ml twin cartridge Cure time: 50-60 minutes at 20°C Working time: approx. 5 minutes at 20°C Mix ratio: 1:1 (dispensed automatically) Recommended fill depth: 5-15mm per application Colour: cream Requires a twin cartridge extrusion gun (sold separately) Ideal For Window sills and frames, door frames, architraves, fascias, decking, exterior joinery, splits and small spot repairs. Load the cartridge into the extrusion gun, remove the end cap and dispense onto a mixing board. Only mix what you can use in about 5 minutes. Fold together until there are no streaks. Press a small amount in first to avoid trapping air, then build up the repair and smooth it off. Leave to cure, then sand and paint. Safety Irritant. Wear gloves and protective clothing. Wash skin with soap and water if contact occurs and seek medical advice if irritation develops. Available in store at Geelong Colourworld, 40 Cheetham Road, Moolap.
