This community lot comes through the Masha Washing Station, which works with more than 2,500 smallholder farmers from the surrounding community. For this microlot, carefully selected cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation before being naturally processed, intensifying the coffee’s sweetness and fruit character. The result is a bright, juicy cup with notes reminiscent of orange soda, ripe peach, raspberry, limeade, and honey. A silky body and clean finish keep the fruit-forward profile balanced, making it an excellent choice for both hot filter coffee and flash-brewed iced coffee.
