At Finca El Silencio, Sara combines this experience with innovative fermentation and processing techniques to produce distinctive, high quality coffees. As a Q Grader and advocate for women in coffee, she is passionate about quality, sustainability and showcasing the remarkable potential of Colombian coffee. In the cup, this coffee is sweet, balanced and comforting, with a soft floral character and plenty of depth.
