Crossover Wheel Strap - Forged Swivel J + 13.2K Wire Hook + TECNIC PRO

The swivel bracket can create a concentrated wear point where it contacts the webbing, particularly in the idler position. When the strap is compressed against the deck, the bracket’s relatively sharp profile can increase localized abrasion or cutting of the webbing. The Crossover strap addresses this abrasion problem without reducing the assembly’s 3,700 LB WLL. It uses a forged short swivel J-hook on the sewn end and a 13,200-lb wire hook in the idler position. The heavier wire hook preserves the required assembly strength while its rounded profile provides a broader, more forgiving contact surface against the webbing. Finally, it uses our 18,000 LB TECNIC PRO webbing for greater durability in heavy-use applications.
