Complete template for the YAMAHA R9 2025 & 2026 PLASTIC BIKE RACE FAIRINGS. This template file contains full instructions on which parts are aligned, how to apply them and what to watch out for! Note: These fairings are made of fiberglass. Fiberglass warps, distorts and the edges are trimmed by hand. Some parts may not even be perfectly identical left to right and can vary fairing to fairing. Edges that are trimmed by hand are never fully identical, so keep that in mind when making graphics for trackbike fairings. The fitment can vary and the template/fitment will never be as perfect as when it is for injection molded OEM plastics/fairings. Even the installation of the fairings and as such the alignment may vary. Note: When applying this template, make sure that you use a quality cast vinyl that can conform to curves. The template itself looks tricky because the 3D shape doesn’t translate too well to a 2D shape, causing parts to overlap (which do not overlap on the real fairings). Check out our fitment images to see how the parts go and how they should fit. It is recommended to not cut out the holes for the bolts as they will be slightly different on every fairing. Note: If you see notes and sharpie markings on the testfitted templates, this means that small adjustments have been made afterwards for a better fitment. These small changes do not warrant a full new testfit, but have been adjusted. An updated file can be freely downloaded again.
