Matured entirely on-site in ex-bourbon barrels for nearly two decades, the tropical climate has concentrated its character into a deeply complex spirit with absolutely zero added sugars, flavorings, or coloring. Bottled at cask strength, it opens with a vibrant nose of caramelized orange, toffee, and brown butter, leading to a remarkably soft, velvety palate of dark chocolate, dried berries, and green tobacco, before settling into a long, unctuous finish of rich leather and warm baking spices.
