Here too there is mild wood influence that again does not really intrude on the clear expression of the ripe plum, cherry and softly spiced-infused nose. The rich and quite suave medium-bodied flavors possess a seductive mouth feel as well as good mid-palate density, all wrapped in a solidly persistent and slightly austere finish. This is really quite pretty but despite the current youthful appeal of the spice and fruit, this is definitely built to age if desired. (87-90)/2018+
