VN Vinel-lo Blanco 2023

A briny, refreshing blend of seven different native white varieties: Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Moscatel d'Alexandría, Vinyater, Pansé and Parellada. Each variety is harvested one after the other at an early stage of ripeness. The whole bunches are crushed by foot, and macerated briefly for a day or two. After maceration, the wine is pressed at low pressure and fermented in a stainless steel tank. After a few days the second variety is harvested, the same process is repeated and it is fermented with the first, and so on until all the varietals are combined. Vinello means 'wine of friendship and society', a drinkable and refreshing white wine with a low alcohol content, and a great intro to the Partida house style. Salty lemon citrus and mouthwatering acidity with light floral aromatics. A real quencher.
