Summer squash clinic with Tufts University Men's and Women's Squash coaches Joe Raho and Alex Grayson. Monday, July 26th - Thursday, July 29th, 2027. Purchase available on or after January 1st, 2027 at noon. Note: Accommodation is not provided. This is a day clinic. Please scroll down for hotel recommendations and more. Joe & Alex will take players through sessions and share insights on what it’s like to train like a Tufts squash player, all while experiencing the eateries and sights of Boston. Clinic days typically run from 10am until 4:30pm, with morning and afternoon sessions split by lunch excursions in and around Boston (weather permitting). Lunch, snacks, and hydration options are included. Training sessions include… swing & movement technical analysis, mobility/stretching, video review of match play, guidance on nutrition, mindfulness & breathwork, squash specific strength & conditioning to prevent injuries and improve speed, recovery techniques, sports medicine education, the craft of shot deception, and more. During our downtime we often visit famous areas of Boston such as Boston Commons, Public Gardens, Newbury St, Bow Market & Middlesex Fells. We support our favorite local eateries and balance training with seeing the sights of one of North America’s most historic cities. The week ends with a tournament and each player receives a clinic pack with a t-shirt/jersey, plus other useful tools to help improve a player’s squash journey. We always have a great summer at Tufts, and we hope you can join us! Each session is attended by a fully qualified athletic trainer from our Sports Medicine department. Guest coaches will be confirmed in the coming weeks. You will receive follow-up emails to ensure we have all the necessary details for each player attending our clinic.
