Weld Mesh

Weld Mesh is produced using a 5.5mm wire bundle that is welded using multiple rows of the wire together at their intersection to form a box like structure between the wires. The machine uses heat to cut any excess once the required sizes is produced. The standard size of weld mesh is 8×4 feet with the size of boxes between welds being 75m x 75m. There are three types of weld mesh: Light – 2.50 mm (2.30kg per piece) Medium – 2.75 mm (3.30kg per piece) Heavy – Made on custom order Each bundle is packaged with 5 pieces with various applications for fencing panels, wire partitions, wire baskets, animal cages and more.
