Sigma DT-42 Nashville
The Sigma DT-42 Nashville is a 14-fret dreadnought suited to strumming, flatpicking, country, bluegrass, folk, and rock. Its solid Sitka spruce top is paired with tilia back and sides, while the dovetail neck joint and 25.4-inch scale provide a traditional long-scale feel. The low-profile mahogany neck has a comfortable 44.5 mm nut width. For live use, a built-in Fishman Sonitone pickup offers simple, discreet amplification. Other details include a bone nut and saddle, Micarta fingerboard and bridge, gold Grover open-gear tuners, and a polished gloss finish. An SSC-D softshell case is included. The design follows the large-bodied dreadnought tradition that became central to American popular music.
