Morning Passage

There's no better way to understand this coast than from the helm of a boat. I took this early, the water still calm, the light soft over the cliffs before the day had begun. Reading the swell, watching the shore slip past — being a captain here, even for a morning, changes how you see the place. The Mediterranean shows you its best self from the deck. You just point the bow at it and go.
