The Tubolo is a tube-shaped drum featuring the patented GMP AIR bass port system, which projects bass even when sitting flat on the floor. Vinyl Napa heads produce a warm conga-like tone; Fibreskin heads deliver a powerful djembe sound. Lug-tuned heads are replaceable in 10–15 minutes and can be tuned to a specific pitch with a 3–4 note range. Sounds great when played by hand or with a soft mallet.
