A booking does two things: it puts you in the speed queue so you are not waiting around, and it holds a tote back in your name so you are not relying on what is left. Walk-ins are always welcome. You will simply join the main queue and pick up your tote on the day, subject to availability. One ticket admits one person. Your booking covers you only, so if you are coming with friends each of you will need your own ticket. Anyone without one is very welcome to join the walk-in queue on the day.
