A remarkable washed process Geisha from one of Sol & Café co-op's most accomplished producers, this light roast is intensely juicy with notes of mango, lime leaf and black tea. As both a certified Q Grader and an endlessly curious coffee farmer, Jeinner Cubas Vásquez is constantly refining his craft, experimenting with fermentation and processing to unlock new expressions of flavour. The result is an adventurous small-lot coffee that showcases both the extraordinary potential of northern Peru and the skill of the producer behind it.
