Little Twig Cider - Harvest 2025

Tasting Notes: A little bit old school, a little bit new school. The apples in this cider range from aromatic and floral to leather and smoke. Bursting with flavour but just the right amount. One of our all-time favourites, and this vintage doesn’t disappoint. Apples: Yarlington Mill, Muscadet, Frequin Rouge, Tremlett's Bitter, Northern Spy, Crimson Crisp, Goldrush, Winesap, Bramley, Baldwin, Empire, Spartan, Golden Russet, Liberty, Macoun, Cortland, Redfield Orchards: Woodfolk Orchards, Flynndabeau, Windy Ridge Farms, Apple Springs Orchards, Wrightland Farm, Maxwell Acres, and Simcoe Research Station Specifications: Dry 750mL, 7.3% ABV Fermentation Details: Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
