The fire rated insulated loft hatch arrives complete with Screws, Countersunk Fixing Holes, Standard Metal Tee Key Key Features & Benefits Suitable for internal use in ceilings. Available with 25mm picture frame which is perfect for concealing rough edges or 25mm beaded frame for ready-to-plaster applications. 3 way lock operation. Standard Tee Key provided, Extended 700mm Tee Keys also available. Easy to install. Comes complete with fixing screws and countersunk fixing holes. Powder coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss.
