Our most affordable matcha! A strong umami forward matcha, nutty /vegetal mid notes and a punchy matcha This is a blend of first and second harvests leaves to create an approachable matcha with plenty of character and has more pronounced astringency than our smoother, more premium matchas, with a lively green flavour that holds up beautifully in milk, lattes and everyday matcha drinks. Preferred to be brewed at lower temperatures (65 degC), and holds up well for those who prefer more volume for their lattes (2g of matcha, 90 - 100ml of your milk of choice). A reliable everyday tin without the premium price tag.
