Our spun honey creme spreads are made with Star Thistle honey and pure fruit. We slowly spin the honey and fruit until it becomes a fine spreadable creme. Delicious on crackers, toast, English muffins, baked meats and straight out of the jar. Most of our fruits are from local farmers here in the heart of Michigan's premier orchard country.
