This is a pre-order -we hope to ship our first batch on week beginning August 31st 🎒 Meet Your New Favourite Backpack We love a Noodlehead bag, and this time we’ve chosen one that is perfect for everyday adventures – the fabulous Range Backpack. Designed by Anna Graham of Noodlehead, the Range is a beautifully practical backpack with that clean, modern styling we love. It’s roomy enough for all your everyday essentials without feeling oversized, and the clever fold-over top gives it a really distinctive look. The design features a front zipped pocket for keeping those things you want close to hand, an interior slip pocket, adjustable shoulder straps and a handy hanging loop. And of course, we’ve done the enjoyable bit of choosing all the fabrics, hardware and little details for you! We’ve carefully coordinated the exterior fabric, contrast base, lining, zip and hardware to create a backpack that looks beautifully put together – all you need to do is sew it. 🧵 Everything You Need, All in One Kit We’ve brought together everything you need to make your Range Backpack, with all the fabrics, interfacing and hardware carefully coordinated for you. Inside your kit you’ll find: Exterior fabric Contrast fabric for the base Lining fabric Strap webbing All the interfacing required Zip for the front zipped pocket (colour may vary from picture) Strap connectors, sliders & D rings Matching Gütermann thread A full sewalong by Andrea to guide you through every step 📄 Already Have the Pattern? We know lots of you are already Noodlehead fans and may have the Range Backpack pattern in your collection, so we haven’t automatically included the paper pattern in the kit price. If you do need the pattern, simply select it as an add-on when ordering your kit. The standard paper pattern doesn’t include full-size pattern pieces, as the Range Backpack is constructed from a series of rectangles. However, we have also purchased the separate A0 pattern-piece version from Noodlehead, and if you add the paper pattern to your kit, we’ll include the 2-page A0 printout for you too. This is why our pattern add-on is priced slightly higher than the paper pattern alone. Already own the Range Backpack pattern but would still like the A0 pattern pieces? Just add a 2-page A0 print to your order and leave us a note to let us know it’s for the Range Backpack. ✂️ About the Range Backpack The finished Range Backpack measures approximately 38cm tall when closed, 27cm wide and 10cm deep at the base, giving you plenty of useful space while still being a really comfortable everyday backpack. The pattern includes some lovely bag-making techniques, including: A secure fold-over top and closure Front exterior zipped pocket Adjustable backpack straps Interior slip pocket Contrast base Hanging loop Bag hardware and strap construction Noodlehead rates the Range Backpack as Intermediate or suitable for an adventurous Advanced Beginner, making it a brilliant project if you’ve already made a few bags and fancy taking your skills a little further.
