With its sleek design and efficient heating system, the Igneus Bambino transforms your outdoor space into an outdoor wood cooking experience. It is recommended to include the pizza oven cover is recommended with your pizza oven to ensure it is protected all year around. Quick Heat Up Time With its efficient design, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to reach 400°C which is the optimum temperature for cooking that perfect pizza. With its 28mm thick pizza stone, it promotes heat retention to prevent sogginess in the dough. Please remember not to wash your pizza stone with water and soap as this impacts the stone's functionality. We recommend purchasing a stone brush to keep your stone clean and safe. Wood Fired Cooking If you're after that beautiful wood fired flavour, you've come to the right place! We highly recommend using kiln-dried silver birch logs for your pizza oven as it's quick to ignite and maintains a high temperature. Please note other kiln dried hardwood logs can be used but it may take longer for your pizza oven to reach the optimum cooking temperature. Built-In Thermometer This outdoor oven comes equipped with a built in thermometer on the left hand side of the oven. The thermometer allows you to monitor the temperature within the chamber however, for a more precise temperature reading, we recommend you purchase an infrared digital thermometer to measure the heat of the firebricks more accurately. Removable Door Did you know that you can cook lots of other dishes as well as pizza in your new pizza oven? The removable door allows you to maintain the temperature within the cooking chamber allowing you to cook roasts, potatoes and vegetables.
