This year's tidying up turned up a selection of old favorites, rarities, discontinued, and vintage Alkemia perfumes that we are delighted to offer to the collector and the curious. Labels will vary with some having a special Alkemia Vintage Label and others having their original artwork/painting labels. All bottles are our 5ml amber apothecary bottles unless otherwise noted. ________________________________________________________________ Deadly Nightshade: The essence of dark feminine. Deep purple violets, dark leather, patchouli, black amber, and a narcotic swirl of opium. Dusk in Autumn: An inviting mystery of amberwood, Lapsang Souchong tea, salted cream caramel, and spiced teacakes. Earthlight: Summer leaves, Linden blossoms, Jasmine tea, Melissa, Muguet, Petitgrain, Copalchí, Guaiac, Santal, Green patchouli. Elegant Coquette: A light, bright flirtation of sheer white florals, sparkling elderflower wine, raspberry leaf, tea roses, tagettes, and with an elegant touch of summer stone fruits - white peach, green plums, golden apricots with a handful of fresh picked raspberries. Ex Libris: Antique paper, old leather bindings, parchment, dust, and the faint scent of a wooden lecturn. Feuillemort: A meditative rumination of dying leaves, smoked autumnal spices, dried grasses and fungi, Tibetan incense, cedarwood, rum-soaked agarwood, and borneol Fume Oud a la Vanille: Crushed tonka beans, woodsmoked amber, and bourbon vanilla aged with oud wood. Furze & Fern: A upland ramble through a wild heath of blooming furze (gorse), bracken ferns, purple heather, yellow broom, woodsage, and silver birch. Hex: A powerfully sexy conjuration of frangipani and night-blooming Moroccan flowers, all-spice, black tea, Madagascar vanilla, Tonka, sweet benzoin resin, black amber, frankincense, vetiver, and a drop of patchouli. High Priest: A perfume of sacred cannabis rituals throughout antiquity from Scythian Anayra shamans to Mesopotamian healers to Tang Dynasty warriors and Vedic scholars. Sticky dank-green resins mingle with deep, dark incense, black oud, guiac wood, gurjan balsam, and warmly animalistic black amber that together entwine into a potent, mysterious pairing of heady depths and earthy richness.
