Ethiopia Sidamo
Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Southern Ethiopia known for producing some amazing natural coffees. This coffee tends to showcase some nice fruit-forward characteristics with a medium body. This offering boasts a classic natural Ethipian profile packing a sweet punch of milk chocolate and berry flavors such as blueberry and strawberry alongside that characteristic creamy, syrupy body. This is a snapshot of the beauty and allure of naturally processed Ethiopian coffee. We find that this coffee is best enjoyed as a pour-over black where the flavor profile truly shines once the coffee has cooled down!
