Cornish Clotted Cream

Rich, silky and unmistakably Cornish. Our Cornish Clotted Cream is made for us by Rodda’s, using 100% Cornish milk from grass-grazing cows. Wonderfully thick and creamy, it’s topped with that distinctive golden crust - the sign of a proper Cornish clotted cream. Generously spoon onto a freshly baked scone with a good dollop of strawberry jam. Jam first, naturally. Made for us by Rodda’s Rodda’s have been making Cornish Clotted Cream since 1890, when Eliza Jane Rodda first began crafting it in her farmhouse kitchen here in Cornwall. Five generations later, the family still makes their famous clotted cream using the same traditional method.
