Dominated by Robusta, Malagasy coffee has largely been treated by the market as a commodity for blending rather than explored for its own character, origin and nuance. What we have tasted suggests there is far more potential waiting to be discovered. Our goal is simple: to bring distinctive Malagasy Robusta to our community and explore one of the coffee world’s last largely unknown origins. The coffee beans are freshly roasted in our House of Renegades roastery on the island of Saaremaa, Estonia.
