[Care] Dry clean. 〈About the Gold Decoration〉 This product is a skirt remade from a vintage kimono. Various gold decoration techniques were used at the time, and due to the nature of vintage textiles, it is not possible to identify the original techniques or materials. When storing the garment, please avoid overlapping the gold-decorated areas or leaving them in prolonged contact with other fabrics. There is a possibility that the gold decoration may stick or peel over time. <About the Hiyoku Lining Removal〉 This skirt has been upcycled from a vintage iromesode kimono(and houmongi). The hiyoku — a ceremonial inner lining panel traditionally sewn inside formal kimono — has been removed during the upcycling process. As a result, faint stitch marks may remain along the interior seams. Please note that each garment is professionally dry cleaned before shipment, which may minimize the visibility of these marks. However, as this is an inherent characteristic of the upcycling process, minor stitch traces may still be present upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding that this is part of what makes each piece a one-of-a-kind work. [Packing]Special Machiko Kimono's Kimono Box.
*Please understand that there may be stains and slight damage common in vintage fabrics as all of our clothes are made by either partial or full disassembly of the original kimono.
